Orders are usually shipped within 5-8 business days. If there isn’t a high volume, they will be sent out in 3-5 business days. Since I do the art, the packing and shipping all by myself, please be patient with me as I work on your order!

To make sure I can offer the best service I can, I decided to use a third party team to assist me with the shipping pricing and processing. The service I use can ship to a lot of places, but if your country is not available, you can let me know and I’ll figure it out for you.
As an artist that do everything by themself, it is the best solution to be able to launch my shop sooner than later.

Please dm me on instagram @sadpeachboi with your order number (you can find it in your confirmation email) and details on the issue you are having. I will get back to you as soon as I can.

You can contact me on instagram and I can check if it has not been shipped out yet. If it is the case, I’ll be able to correct the address.

Unfortunately, if the order has already been shipped, I can’t take responsibility for it. As an independent artist, I can’t afford to refund these orders.
Please make sure your address is correct when placing your order.

I do not accept any returns or exchanges. However, if I forgot something in your order or your items arrived damaged, please let me know! We will figure something out together. :-)

As an artist, I strive to always create new things. The products won’t be restocked so SNAG THEM while they’re available!

Preorder allows me to know exactly how many items to order. This allows me to not over buy and lose money. More importantly, this allows everybody who wants it to get one :-)

Unfortunately, I won’t be able to offer cancellations on preorders. Please make sure of this commitment before ordering! If you are not sure if you want it, you can wait for the pre-order to be over. I will have a little bit more than the preorder, but not a lot!
